How we move together? That is completely up to you. Each program is unique and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I am currently offering both live and virtual training for my clients. In person training can be at your desired location or LuxFit SF, at either one of our locations.If you opt for virtual training at home we can incorporate any fitness equipment that you have or design a body weight program.

Regardless of which training format you select, I guarantee you will feel empowered by learning correct form, understanding proper body alignment and how to efficiently move through all planes of motion. Working together we will strengthen your core and increase lean muscle mass by using a focused program which will get you where you want to be.

When it comes to movement, it is normal that we are all in a different place. When you become my client, I first speak with you to understand what you are looking to accomplish with your health and wellness. Secondly, I analyze your movement patterns in order to understand what your body needs. Through analysis, I will gain an understanding of what your body needs while listening to what you want in order to support you in achieving your optimum lifestyle.
